Each piece is hand-crafted from precious and semi-precious stones, high quality glass materials and high-quality metals.

Once we receive your order, it usually takes 5–7 business days to process and create your piece. Shipping times depend on the option you choose at checkout: standard (5–7 days) or priority (3–5 days). We’ll send you an email with tracking info once your order ships. Just a heads-up: Make sure your shipping address is correct, as we can’t be responsible for lost or stolen packages once they’re with the carrier (like USPS or UPS).

Since each piece is hand-crafted there may be slight imperfections in our precious and semi-precious stones which genuinely add to the charm.

We don’t recommend wearing your jewelry in pools or hot tubs. Chlorine can cause tarnishing and discoloration, and salty water isn’t great for your jewels either—it’s super corrosive! To keep your jewelry looking fabulous, take it off before swimming and store it in a dry, safe spot. Your pieces will thank you! 💎

The best way to prevent your jewelry from tarnishing would be to: Avoid exposing your jewelry to water unless you are cleaning it. Make sure to dry it completely before you put it away. Never store your silver in a wet environment. If the silver is stored wet, it will start to react with the chemical and cause tarnish. When you are not wearing your jewelry, it is best to keep it in an airtight or anti-tarnish container. Tracey’s Treasures, LLC packages their jewelry in an airtight, tarnish preventing packaging that can be used to store your jewelry. These bags feature a translucent copper color that will turn black indicating it is time to change the bag. This Anti-Tarnish Bag provides tarnish prevention capabilities for non-ferrous metals like silver, gold, brass, copper, and bronze, as well as ferrous metals. Each bag is non-toxic, non-abrasive, resistant to humidity and temperature changes and will NOT release corrosive gases like other charcoal-based tarnish prevention products.
