Once your order has been received the average processing and creation timeframe is 5-7 business days. Shipping timeframe will depend on options at checkout (standard 5-7 days; priority 3-5 days).

Email confirmation with tracking information will be provided once order has shipped.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages once in the care of the carrier, i.e. USPS or UPS.

Typically pools and hot tubs are treated with chlorine, your sterling silver jewelry will be at a higher risk for color change and tarnishing. The silver will react with the chlorine and leave behind a color change that may take some major cleaning to remove.

This also goes for salty water. Remember salt is very corrosive, especially to your jewels. If you decide to take a quick swim, sit in the pool or hot tub it is best to remove your jewelry and keep it in a nice dry spot. This way your jewelry will stay beautiful longer.

The best way to prevent your jewelry from tarnishing would be to:

• Avoid exposing your jewelry to water unless you are cleaning it.

• Make sure to dry it completely before you put it away.

• Never store your silver in a wet environment. If the silver is stored wet, it will start to react with the chemical and cause tarnish.

• When you are not wearing your jewelry, it is best to keep it in an airtight or anti-tarnish container.
